Projeto de Torre Corporativa Bioclimática desenvolvido na disciplina "Ateliê de Projeto V". A partir de um terreno proposto desenvolver a torre levando em consideração principalmente o bioclimatismo. O projeto contém entradas específicas de vento que se distribui no interior, iluminação natural através de grandes janelas de vidro, escalonamento nos lados norte e noroeste, pele feita de policarbonato com função de brise e com placas fotovoltaicas, captação de água pluvial, térreo com sombreamento para pedestres e a passarela acima, vegetação e fonte para resfriar o entorno.
